Do you get more excited for nesties than you do irl friends?

I have found that I do a lot of times for some reason. Maybe it's b/c I'm here so much/been here for years and feel "close" to some people. For instance, I'm excited about Cubby Two and am most bfps, births, new jobs, etc. But, a friend irl just told me she was pregnant and I felt lukewarm about it and I love her to death. I don't get it.

I'd say I'm kind of the same. I'm more shocked IRL, though. On a different note, I love your siggy. Every time I see your Amarah with the belt and big old smile, it makes me smile. She's a doll!

Yea, especially for get togethers. My irl friends always flake. I always feel like I have to make the effort to go see them. My friend was supposed to come up and called to cancel two days before. For the same reason probably I feel more excited for my nestie friends who are going through exciting life events. There are 5 ladies on here who I am way closer to than anyone of my friends irl.

In some cases, yeah.  I feel "close" to a lot of girls here.  I get excited for them.  I heart nesties.
