I just quickly read AprilMom's call out.  If that's what she's doing - big NO-NO.  I assume he's getting speech therapy?? If so, that's a quack SLP if he/she is telling her to do that.  Such a disservice.

It is a good article, but there are loads of typo's.  You should copy it to MS Word and run a grammer and spell check to make it easier to read.
