To the appointments that my SW completely forgot about. I had an 11:00 a.m. appointment with her at her office this morning. I arrived at about 10:45 a.m. and I looked around the parking lot for her vehicle and it was nowhere to be found. Anyhow I walked inside the building and went directly to the front desk and I told the receptionist whom I there to see. She told me that Ms. B had stepped out and asked if she was expecting me. That seemed really strange to me because she made that appointment last Friday when she was visiting my home. Anyway I decided to wait. The time really seemed to drag on. At about 11:20 a.m. the receptionist decided to call her cell to find out what was taking her so long. Would you believe that she was at another appointment!!!!!!! WTF !!!!!! I was hopping mad!!!!!!! How can she forget not one but two appointments that SHE made. She said that she thought that I was supposed to come at 3:00 p.m. How can this be when she made the appointment with me so that it would be before my doctor's appointment? This makes her seem even more unprofessional than I thought she was before. She was even supposed to call me back to reschedule and she didn't. I was so frustrated today I was sure that by b/p would be through the roof but surprisingly it is fine and I passed the physical with flying colors. It seem like I am taking one step forward and two steps backward. I don't know how much more of this I can take without telling her a piece of my mind. I am so very sad right now.

Wow, that's awful. Once is understandable, but again? And she just set the appointment a week ago?
I agree, can you switch workers?
