I'm back! Successful 9 day trip w/out DD.

DH and I went to Switzerland for work and a few vacation days. It was SO nice. DH and I really enjoyed being a couple. DD did GREAT with grandma and grandpa, and a few days at my sisters.

We saw her for the first time this morning since last Wednesday, and she did so good! . It helped that we Skype'd everyday and did 2 video calls. It's amazing in those 9 days she's grown up again.

I had a Nest diet, but I can only stay away for so long.

I'm so glad that you enjoyed your trip!

I find that I enjoy my girls so much more after I've had a few days away from them.  It makes you appreciate them more and it makes you realize that they do more than fine w/ family!
