Labor scare for poor DH

Yesterday wasn't only April Fool's but is was also DH's b-day. After making him a homemade chicken pot pie (his favorite) and cutting a delicious Football Carvel Cake (because its the one with the most crunch) with the family we put the kids to bed and vegged out on the couch for some Will and Grace reruns.

I usually left my shirt so that he can see the Bump bounce but as I looked down I realized that my belly button was starting to poke out to which I exclaim..."Oh no, it's happening!" without realizing the implications!

My poor DH jumped up and off the couch and stood square in front of me to access the situation to my utter confusion. When I asked him what the heck was wrong he looked at me like I was nuts....."you said it was happening."

I started laughing so hard I almost peed myself till I was able to get it together to explain that I meant that my belly button was starting to poke out.

Poor thing! I April Fooled him unintentionally.
