I have heard among serious repeat IVFers/AMA ladies that the juice shots are the most potent. I have done powder and capsules though as pills u dont taste and the powder can be mixed with other things to be slightly less nasty.
I've got the frozen shots & some powder. The frozen I just put a little bit of juice with it and it really isn't so bad. A little bit of grass aftertaste for a few seconds. The powder I didn't think was too bad in a smoothie. It looks worse than it tastes...

I bought the powder from Whole Foods but haven't tried it yet... now I'm worried based on the PP's experiences, yikes!! They didn't have it in juice form (they did have the pills but I am not good at swalling pills so it wasn't a good option for me).
