Easter Bunny Report?

Does anyone know how the Easter Bunnies are in Newport and Costa Mesa? Last year South Coast Plaza had a stuffed animal Easter Bunny. It was really small and a disappointment.

 Has anyone been yet this year? Is it the same? How is the Fashion Island bunny?

    We haven't gone yet, but saw the bunny at Crystal Court (the other side of SCP near Macy's Home) and he was just sitting there waiting for kids to come.  Seriously - no one was there!  He was a yellowy color, pretty cute looking.  He waved at the boys - I couldn't tell if they were freaked out or not.

    DS saw santa at Crystal court...and he was also just sitting there with nothing to do. It was great..no line. I hope the easter bunny stays that way too!

    I have heard that the one at Fashion Island is good, but the lines can get long.  The one at SCP is supposed to be anamatronic or something which sounds creepy to me.

    We took F to Fashion Island to see Santa and more than likely head over to see the Bunny.  Evenings tend to be quieter than the afternoons, we waited 10 minutes.

    We went to Crystal Court too yesterday.  No line and you can take your own pics.  They say only 3 shots, but we usually snap more and they never say anything.  I'm sure it helps that they aren't paying attention because it wasn't so busy.

    Maybe we'll try Crystal Court instead.  It's much closer to my house.

    We went to SCP last week. There was no line. The bunny is a little, brown robot bunny. There is a guy working it, so it moves and talks to you. It's OK, the pictures came out fine. I was just kind of hoping for a big, white bunny.
