I was wondering how you did it..... I know you go to the gym a lot... I was wondering what you do at the gym?? I started the gym on Tuesday.. and I was looking at ideas to do... TIA!!
I start off by walking 2 miles as my warm up. 3 days I do strength training (weights/machines and crunches) and I run 2 miles when I do strength training. The other three days I do cardio. I run 4 miles, do 5 miles on the stationary bike and then 30 minutes on the elliptical.
I also do WW which has helped SO much. You can do it, I feel so so so much better!
portion control! plus the exercising. alternate the strength and cardio and don't be discouraged. If you hit a plateau, change something up. Even if it's what you eat for breakfast. Good luck.

i started ww and can only make it to the gym 2 days for 2 hours any suggestions or tips how to make the best of it??

Cardio REALLY helps with weight loss. If you can do 2x a week for 2 hours I would do this:
Day 1
Hour 1 - RUN! Walk on the treadmill if you can't run, but get your heart rate going. Speed walk and run!
Hour 2 - Bike, elliptical, stairs, etc.
Day 2
Hour 1 - Same as above - RUN!
Hour 2 - Work the machines - arms, chest, abs, legs, quads, etc.

But, just remember, once you really get going you may plateau/gain a little weight - but it is muscle from working out!

WW is the key. I have lost 21 pounds since jan 1st as well!!
I weigh all my food and measure it out as well. This way I know I am eating the right portion.
