All of those seem pretty common to me. I wouldn't use them if you definitely do not want another one in class. That said, I'd vote for Abigail from that list.
Abigail is very popular, if you want something not too common I would stay away from that. I can't think of the name Kayleigh (caylee, kaylee) without thinking of that little florida girl who was murdered.
My vote was for Abigail, very pretty. However, I tend to agree with the others that this is becoming a popular name. I think the only "safe" name to ensure that she doesn't have 2 or more in her class is Cameron. JMO!
I was in a class today with 4 Mackenzies. There are also TONS of Kayleigh/Cayleigh/Kayley's in elementary schools here. Abigal/Abby is very popular right now too. Maybe it is just a regional thing, but all 4 of your choices are super popular here.
I voted for Abigail. I think it's a beautiful and feminine name. In my 5 years teaching, I haven't had a single Abigail! (I taught one at dance, but she is 19 now anyways... not exactly a new born:))
The problem you may run in to with Cameron is having many boys in her class with that name. My best friend and my cousin just named their boys Cameron, and I have two at school.
So I voted for McKenzie, but I do like Abigail a lot to. the only reason I didn't vote for that or Kayleigh is because of the L last name. ?Especially with Abigail ending in an L, it's not easy to say the name. ?I've thought of this with my last name, which has a hard C sound. ?So for example, Mark Corbin isn't easy to say because of the K - K sounds.... so that's my only real feedback to consider. Kayleigh has a similiar issue in my mind. ?All of your names are pretty though. Good luck!?

Kayleigh is my step daughter's name (same spelling too) and until I met my DH, I had never heard the name...obviously, it got my vote.

McKenzie sounds the best with Ann IMO, and it's not as common as the others (at least not in my area).
