IUD removal - how much is it going to hurt?

I'm scared it'll be horrific.. please tell me how badly (or not!) it hurt to have your IUD removed (assuming you've BTDT, of course).

On a scale of 1-10, how bad is it? a pap? papercut? or full-blown labor?

Not one bit for me!  The worst part was getting the speculum in straight  

 Dr just asked me to cough and it was out...I did not feel it at all!

Thanks. That's reassuring. I was starting to panic that it would feel like my insides were being taken out... I can totally live with "not one bit"!

For me it didn't hurt as bad as it did putting it in.  that was horrible.  It hurt a little, just not much...  don't you fret.

Hmm, I think I prefer 'not at all' to 'a little'. But both are better than I was thinking.. And no matter what, it's worth it! Thanks for your answers, ladies.

Hi I had mine taken out 3 weeks ago and it didnt even hurt at all.. I felt my Obgyn put the speculum in and than i was like well let me know when your going to take it out and she said all done... it was like wow I did not feel a thing..
