Getting the smell out of CDs

I am new to CDing and bought a few used diapers and noticed after washing them that they smelled a little of pee.  Any suggestions on how to get the smell out?  The culprits are microfiber inserts and thirstie aios.  We also have a front loading washing machine.

I have heard you can strip them, I think thats done by using a little blue dawn. But maybe wait for one of the other ladies to answer.
