Anyone taking Prometrium?

Crying My RE just called and my progesterone level sucks! (6.7) so he is prescribing 1 Prometrium/day.... any advice?

    I take it 2/day (AM and PM).  Wear a pantyliner, as you will notice a white discharge from the meds.  I exprience increase acne.  Make sure to insert deep... otherwise, it can cause irritation.  If irritation occurs, use Balmex.

    I'm taking Prometrium, too. I'm taking mine orally, I think 200 mg. I get bad s/e with it-tired, sick to my stomach, no appetite (which isn't too bad!). I started taking it before bedtime, which has helped. Good luck!

    I insert 200mg 3x day. My RE doesn't check progesterone after transfer. They just require prometrium for the first trimester.

    I take one pill of it a day, before bedtime.  The only s/e I have had is the white discharge pp mentioned.  Otherwise I feel totally fine.  GL!

    I take it twice a day.  Other than being a little messy, it isn't too bad.  Good luck!
