I really want to join WW again

I did WW to lose 20 pounds before my wedding and I loved it. It just made sense to me. I'm relatively happy with my weight right now, but when I'm just eating whatever I want to eat I know I'm in danger of gaining again, and right now I know I'm eating too much. I want to join again. It's actually one of the first things I want to do when we have our finances under control again.

I'm hoping once we rent our house out I can justify doing it.

That's my random thought for the day.

  • That is the time to join, before you gain it all back.  I am doing ww right now and joined after my dd's birth.  I say after because I gained my weight after I delivered her, it was not pg weight.  I'm back to my prepg. weight and I still go every week to keep myself on track.

This is my worry. I'm guessing I must sound like I'm being totally neurotic or something, but I know I'm already heading down that slippery slope that leads to being 20 pounds overweight. And I'm not skinny. Never have been.

  • femme--> why dont you just start back up with your points (if you signed up before you have the info) and then when you can afford it sign back up... it might help you keep on track a little bit?? just a thought...
  • If you wanted to do it online, you could do it for free for a week, cancel, use a new email address, do it free for a week, cancel, rinse, wash, repeat...
