My poor SIL. Prayers needed:(

My husband's sister was around 10-12 weeks pregnant with her first. She started having terrible pains last night and went to the hospital. She had to have an emergency surgery after finding out that she was actually pregnant with fraternal twins. One was a tubal pregnancy, unfortunately. Her tube ruptured and she ended up losing both the babies. It's just so tragic and sad. I really feel for her, especially since she's very young(19) and has a terrible relationship with my MIL. This is the time in her life she really needs love and support and I just hope my MIL is up to the challenge. She's a very selfish woman, especially where my SIL is concerned. I just don't even know what to do or say?
