XP: Do not order from Adolcebaby.com

I ordered a Britax carseat from them in February. It initially shipped fine. UPS tried to deliver to wrong house so they returned it. Adolcebaby did not send refund. I attempted to contact them, they did not respond to email, I tried to call, their number does not work. So I sent another email threatening to report them to BBB. They finally responded stating they would send replacement, all they need was me to confirm my address, so I did. This was over 2 weeks ago! They still haven't sent the carseat! And they are not responding to my emails. I am so frustrated! I just want my $207 back at this point. I just wanted to warn others so that you can avoid this problem.
