Update: Bleeding at 7 weeks

Went in today. After dr. kept us waiting for a freakin hour she did an ultrasound. Said she saw a "flicker" for the hearbeat and that it may just be early depending on when I ovulated (I always have a short cycle though, I ovulate fairly early. She mentioned possibly only 5-6 weeks but I can't see how it could be THAT early). They did a blood draw to measure HCG and I am scheduled for another on Friday. She also wrote me a script for progesterone.

I then got The Speech. Its possible I am miscarrying. I didn't do anything to make it happen. If it happens to accept it. That if it happens its probably bc its not a healthy baby. blah blah blah.

Scheduled for another ultrasound on Monday, but spotting again today. Its been dark and no pain / cramps. Trying to be optimistic that its just early

((hugs)) I bled heavily with my 1st and was convinced I was mcing,but I have a 4yo now. You never know - be optimistic!
