Thanksgiving in March

Guess who is making a 10 lb. turkey for dinner tonight?Big Smile  And lunch/dinners for days to come!!!  We had purchased a turkey for Thanksgiving then one of my clients brought one as a gift so I've had a freakin' 10 pounder in the freezer since November. MMMMMH tryptophan!

Re: Thanksgiving in March

  • :: drools on keyboard ::    What I wouldn't do for some turkey, stuffing, mashed potatos. sweet potatos, cranberry sauce, green beans, gravy, rolls... mmmmmmmmmm
  • Loading the player...
  • I'm making bread dressing, asparagus, and a fruit salad for the sides.  I wish I had the time and energy to do it all but we don't have enough room in the fridge anyhow:)
  • My all time favorite day of the year!  Thanksgiving food is the best!!!
  • so I just finished my very large lunch of leftover spaghetti, and now I'm craving mashed potatoes and gravy!!  Thanks!!! Wink
  • I would share with you if you lived closer!  I seriously don't know what I'm going to do with all of the "leftovers".  Tomorrow I'll be asking for your best turkey recipes.
  • Sound great to have leftovers for days but as far as Thanksgiving foods...last Thanksgiving was during the sickest part of my 1st Tri.  I can't stomach the thought of some of those foods anymore.  I hope that wears off before next year.
