betas going back up??

last week doc called with the bad news that my betas were going down which we figured because they could not find a hb the previous week. since i haven't started bleeding yet she wanted to do another beta level. now they are going up again (from 5400 to 6300 in one week). she is concerned of an ectopic pregnancy. this ever happen to anyone. i have an u/s scheduled at 3;30 today. what should i expect.

Yeah i had the transvaginal as well. It was slightly uncomfortable but nothing overwhelming. The worst part for me was they had to fill my bladder up all the way so they could see...now that was painful. GL to you.
