What to feed the flu

Mason has a tummy bug, and won't eat aside from 1/2 of a 1/2 of english muffin last night.  What do your kids eat or like when they are sick.  I made pedialyte pop cycles and jello this morning hoping to entice him later.  Huh?

Any ideas.

I second toast and apple sauce. Good for upset tummies. My kids like pedialyte too. But sprite and crackers they will eat to. Usually the original flavored goldfish ones because they look cooler then saltines or ritz lol. And they are smaller too, bite size helps when you are sick. I wouldn't go with chicken noodle soup though. For my kids it never works and always comes back up. I honestly never understood why people eat it when they are sick because it seems too thick to me. And lots of sodium doesn't always help the already upset tummy.

Good luck and hope the little one feels better.
