I lost 2 whole pounds!! I hit my 5% weight goal, and I am feeling good. The last few weeks I have been having a hard time losing a full pound, so this week I tried eating...MORE! ( as suggested rudely and obnoxiously on the WW boards) I have had a hard time eating all of the points b/c with bfing I get a TON (plus I am fat, so i get a lot to sustain my enormous body.)
Oh- i cut back on diet soda, but i drink a lot of crystal light. I don;t know if that matters.
SO...I guess maybe eating all of the points is key? We'll see how next week goes, watch me gain weight...
WW Girls, are we doing a post or what? I am willing to change my weigh in day tyo whatever works for you guys!

keep it up bof! i asked my mom to send me an extra points scale thingy. you know the card that helps you figure out how many points a certain food is. i had one and i need it back. my jeans are cutting off circulation and it doesn't look or feel good!

great job!! I only lost a pound this week.. but I started working out today... so hopefully that will help!! I am down 13 lbs for 6wks...
