pees right after getting up from the potty..help!

so first day in underwear, dd peed 3 times on the potty and has had 4 accidents, one I caught, since 7 am.  Twice she sat for 20 minutes, then got up and peed in her underware..normal?  or not ready?  Any tips?

is she showing interest in using the potty yet?  I would guess that she just doesn't understand when she has to go and may need a little more time to be ready/
