Maybe TMI- Ovulating

Is it possible for me to ovulate multiple times/month? I know this may be such a stupid question, but we don't have insurance for 3 months which means no birth control for me.

When I was not on bc before I had kids, I could tell when I was ovulating (usually) b/c I get very crampy. Well, since I have been off birth control this month, I have contantly been crampy! All dh has to do is look at me and I get pregnant, so I am soooo paranoid.
