What do you watch during the day?

Other than dc . 

Dh says I'd feel more relaxed if I just sat and watched tv during naptime instead of constantly cleaning everytime they stop playing with something.  I just cleaned up and the girls are still asleep so I was flipping through channels and I didn't find anything of interest.

First I just want to say how jealous I am right now...

Then I will add when I was on maternity leave I would tape Ellen and the View and watch when I had time....because there is nothing good on daytime TV.

Admittedly, I watch Ellen and Rachel Ray.  Ellen is hilarious and I love finding out new recipes from RayRay's show.

I watch Regis and Kelly, then the View, then Tyra, from 9-12. Although I actually think all 3 are awful shows, I mostly watch them in a detached, ironic way so I can gchat with DH and tell him how stupid they are. Then I watch TV shows on DVD the rest of the day until about 5:30 when I watch Friends and Seinfeld on TBS.

Ellen, and sometimes the View. Occasionally Martha. If I get a chance to watch anything else, it is usually home reno or decorating shows.

You can call me a terrible mother if you want to, but I have the TV on all day when I'm at home with my girls.  I have my schedule of things that I watch.  It started when I was on bedrest.

If I was at home right now I would be watching "Beverly Hills 90210" on Soapnet, but I have a sick obsession with that show.  I also use nap time to watch my DVRed shows that my husband doesn't like, ie Private Practice, ER, Big Love.

I used to watch the news from 11-12, but then I found 90210 and enjoy that a lot more than hearing all the stories of everyone who was murdered in DC the night before...

I watch the Today Show. then the rest of the day I don't really care. 

However... I did just find Sid the science Kid cartoon and I really like it. I make DS dance with me to the songs!

I watch the Today Show until 10.  That's when Kathy Lee and Hoda come on. Yuck!  Between the time when the Today Show ends and when Ellen comes on I watch shows I have on DVR that DH doesn't like.
