blogspot or wordpress?

i'd like to start a baby blog so family/friends can check up on us, see pics, etc. ?i don't really know the difference between the 2, which one is better. ?i could certainly create my own website, but would really prefer a simple/free blog.

so what do you use, pros/cons? ?TIA?

    I use blogspot and have found it pretty easy to use.  I don't know too much about the other one :)

    Blogspot/blogger is super easy to use and has lots of free layouts you can find online to make it pretty. 

    I use wordpress for my regular blog, and find that it has a lot of other functions that go beyond blogger, so for my blog that *I* host, I prefer wordpress. 

    But - my baby blog is on blogger, since it took me all of 10 minutes to set it up, customize it, and send it out to all the family!
