Did you grow up in MT?  Or just live there?

I grew up in MT on a dairy farm! Smile  (I saw you mention that you grew up on a dairy farm awhile ago.)

    Did you really?? Wow, dairy farms in Montana aren't too common are they? At least compared to the beef cattle ranches. :)

    Whereabouts? We lived in Helena for nearly four years. Not from there, but would love to have been raised there. It's so beautiful!! We miss it a lot. Do you still have family there?

    I did grow up on a dairy farm too, but in Wisconsin.?

    I knew this was Montana chatter :)  Hi gals!  We went home for Thanksgiving this year.  We have dinner on my cousins' cattle ranch (beef) in Columbus.

    No, there aren't many left out there.  I grew up in a really small town in Eastern MT.  All of my family (minus myself and one of my brothers) is still there on the farm.  While I didn't live in the mountains, we were close, and I really miss it.  Especially skiing!

    Oh hiker, you've done plenty of bragging about ski trips this winter! Smile  You can't say you miss MT too much.  (just kidding!)

    I was down in the Columbus area a few years back for a wildfire, but didn't actually go in town. :)?
