Help Please- Joann Fabrics

Does anyone know if Joann's has party supplies? I'm needing decorations and I'm looking for maybe a polk-a-dot theme or something. I'm not finding that at the party store.

If not, do you know where I should look?

They have some stuff, but not a very big selection.

Not a lot.  What kind of pola dot theme are you looking at?  I had pink/green for dd's third birthday.  I ended up going with solid plate and stuff in both colors.  I used wrapping paper for a table cloth and made some other things out of that, since I could not find any party things I liked.
