How can I get DD to poop on the potty?

She is not an every day girl, but its been 4 days since she's gone.  She doesn't seem uncomfortable or anything but I feel like she should have gone by now.  She still wears a diaper to nap and bed so she could go in that if she felt more comfortable but she hasn't.  Any tips or tricks?

How can I get DD to pee on a "real" toilet, not just her potty?

I've been brining our potty seat in the car when we go out.  Yesterday we were at the mall though and it was pouring rain out.  DD said she had to go to pee so I brought her in the restroom at the mall but she wouldn't go. I then took her in the more private bathroom inside PBK (the toilet in there is more like a home toilet) and she wouldn't go in that either.  Lucky for me, she is able to "hold it" and held it for 20 mins until we were ready/able to leave and she could go in her potty in the car.  Any tips or tricks for this?  She says she's scared of the big toilets and I don't want to traumatize her.
