when did you tell work/when will you tell?

I want to wait as long as possible (since telling them will be telling them I'll be going on maternity leave during our busiest time of year) but I have a work trip with both my bosses and a few co-workers for three days in my 13th week.  I kind of want at least my bosses to know before then because we'll be traveling together and it will be very obvious when i don't have a cocktail at dinner.

When did you tell or when will you tell?

I told my immediate co-worker while going through the process because she had gone through it herself and I also needed her to cover for me on a couple of occasions. Other than that, I told my friends at 12 weeks and my boss at 16. Just told the rest of the folks because my stomach is starting to pop out.

But I may have been a little on the extreme because I had a late loss the last time. Its up to you- don't feel obligated to tell anyone until you're ready.

I ended up telling when I was about 10 weeks.  A few of my co-workers knew already anyway since I am friends with them outside of work.

i told my boss at 7 weeks because another girl annouced her pregnancy at 4 weeks & we'll both be out around the same time.

other than that- only like 2 people know. everyone else will know when we know the sex in 3 weeks if i can hide it that long!

I told my boss right away, but didn't tell anyone else until almost 12 weeks.  I thought I should let my boss know right away, but asked her to keep it quiet until I was ready to tell everyone else.  It worked out great.

I was going to wait until the end of the 1st trimester but my principal guessed right away.  She hadn't seen me over the summer.  When we went back for professional development I was only about 6 weeks.

I want to wait as long as possible. Right now my plan is sometime in the beginning of May when I'll be about 14/15 weeks. I'd prefer to tell all our family first and we'll be telling the last people the first weekend in May when I'm 14 weeks.

Of course if I start really showing before then I might have to bite the bullet, but so far I've been able to hide what little fat/bloat I've got going on. I need to tell them sometime in May because we have a huge work meeting in June and another in November that I won't be able to attend, plus I don't want them making plans for me for the end of the year when I'll be on leave.

I told my office at 14wks.

My boss knows but he has been up to date on our entire IF journey so I told him right away when I got my BFP.  I plan to wait to as close to 12 weeks as possible to tell the others in my office.  It will really depend on when I start showing.  I am guessing it may end up closer to  9 weeks.

I told my boss right away. She knew we were going through IF treatments because I'd have to come in to work late sometimes.

Im going through this right now. One of my 3 bosses know but none of my coworkers do. Im trying to find the right time to tell everyone. Most likely after my next apt just to be on the safe side.
