Started Stims...When will I feel something?

I am on day 5 of stims and wondering when I'm going to start feeling SOMETHING!!! 

I'm thankful that I haven't really had any side effects, but I thought that I would feel uncomfortable and bloated.  Is this stillyet to come?  This is my 1st IVF cycle and first time taking injectible meds....what

i didn't feel anything until around day 10 of stims, and coincidentally that was the first time the RE actually saw any growth on the u/s.
