What would you do...IUI B2B or not?

My RE's protocol is to do B2B IUI's. ?On the cycle I got pregnant we only did one IUI because of some fluid in my lining and we thought it was going to be a bust cycle. ?Well, with that one IUI I got pregnant but we lost the baby.

Now I'm wondering if I should just do one IUI per cycle. ?It obviously worked with just one. ?What would you do? ?Stick to just one IUI or do B2B?

  • Unless money is an option, I don't see why you wouldn't do it b2b.  Get as many spermies up there as possible!

  • It doesn't hurt. I did a B2B cycle once because my RE wasn't sure exactly when the egg was being released so they wanted to cover all  bases.
  • The first IUI we had resulted in pg w/ only one IUI (2nd was suppose to be on Thanksgiving, and the office was closed) but ended in m/c.

For the 2nd and 3rd IUI cycles, we did B2B.  We are OOP, but felt that it would increase our chances.  I'm on 2WW for 3rd IUI.
