DS was born in Feb so I'm totally spacing out with this one due the first week of August.
Ridiculous question, I know, but did you still put DC in sleepers (long sleeved, footed, zipper etc)?? Or did you seem to stay in short sleeve onsies etc? I don't mean for going out as much as being at the house, in the hospital etc.
We keep our house pretty cool in the summer, but DS usually sleeps in short sleeved/long pants PJ's so I'm not quite sure what to put on our new DS in Aug. Do they still put a long sleeved shirt on DS in teh hospital in the summer?
Thanks for humoring me. Mommy mush brain has set in ![]()
Re: Question for those with summer babies...
spent most of the time in short sleeve onesies
She did have a long sleeve onesie in the hospital though
Nora was in short sleeved onesies for most of the summer when she was born, but it was hot as hell and we didn't have A/C so that played a big part in her wardrobe.
I would say probably a short sleeved onesie and pants during the day if you keep the house cool. His night wear could depend on personality too. He might get hot in too many layers or he might need a lot! And if you'll be swaddling him, you can obviously count that as a layer.
