My due date is in 6 days!!

I went back to work today after being off-track for the month of March, and I am soooooo glad tomorrow is my last day before maternity leave (how lame is it that I can complain about going back for two days, though?).  My dad's coming to town this weekend and my grandma's leaving for Hawaii on Monday, so we'll see if Cubby Two plans to cooperate and arrive Saturday or Sunday so no one misses it! 

We're getting the car seats inspected Wednesday and then we'll be officially ready for the little one to get here...I'm excited and nervous, and still have a little of that surreal "Is this really going to happen?" feeling that I had the whole pregnancy with DD.  I can't believe how close it is now!

How are you other almost-due ladies doing?

Well, I'm not anywhere near almost due, but I can't believe you're only 6 days away!  I still remember your "I might be one day pregnant" at the dentist story like it just happened. LOL.

My next appt. is Wednesday, so we'll see.  So far, nada.  He said my cervix was softening last time, but that's it, and he was probably just trying to come up with something to say!

I am so excited to find out what you are having! Maybe it will ease some of the curiousity I have about my own mystery babe! GL as your due date draws near! What did you wind up doing for the unisex nursery?

vtgirl, we painted it a bright green and then are going to add ladybugs if it's a girl, and turtles if it's a boy.  Funny, that was our plan from the beginning, and then we started looking at bedding sets and found boy and girl sets we liked but that had no colors in common, and wasted a million years going back and forth about what to do...and then decided not to paint the room at all until after the baby came...and then trashed that idea when I declared that my nesting instinct wouldn't allow it and we had to paint NOW!  lol

I'm one day behind you!  It's so exciting, but at the same time I've been on the edge of my seat for over a week now since Kate was 2 weeks early, and so far nothing doing.  I hope for both our sakes these babes decide to come early/on time and not late! I can't wait to find out what you're having!

I am only 1 day ahead of you. I can't believe how close it is. I definitely still have that surreal feeling - I don't think it will really all hit me until I actually go into labor!!! We have had everything ready to go for a few weeks - I am SO ready to meet this baby! I can't even tell you how done I am with being pregnant. We don't know what we're having - so I can't wait to find out if we are having a son or daughter. I think you're in the same boat, right cubbymama?

hahaha, sounds like me and Dh trying to figure out what to do with #2's nursery! You will have to post pics after the little one arrives and you have added the details asap- you know, cuz you will have tons of time with 2 little ones!!

6 days here, too!  I'm as ready as I'll ever be.  I'm just praying now that I go into labor on my own and can have my vbac!  My next appt. is Friday and I really hope I miss it! This pg went really really fast.

Today was my first day of maternity leave, due to all of the contractions I've been having.  Other than those, I feel pretty good!  I was 2-3cm dilated and 60% effaced at my last appointment (last Monday) and I go tomorrow.  I'm worried that the exam will get things going and I'll end up with an April Fool's baby!  I'm feeling like it's not going to be much longer, even though I technically have 3 weeks till my due date.

I'm due in 5 days! My ticker is jacked up though so it says otherwise. I can't believe it. I've had some good contractions but nothing that stuck =( I'm soooo ready to have this baby but she'll probably be late like her brother.
