Totally butting in to your post, sorry- I've been leaking ridiculously today, though a padded bra and t-shirt. I stuffed my bra with tp for the time being, but it is scratchy. Any recommendations? I told DH that I need something quick! I don't want to be noticeably leaky at work!!?

I DO I DO!!!! AND i love them!!! i think they work great. i only have to use them at night though.
but fwiw, after i bought them, i went to fredericks of hollywood (not sure if you have one around you) and they have practicly the same thing for cheaper. all it is, is a piece of rubber that has sticky stuff that sticks to your boob
love them! ?they don't work when leaking is at it's worst...you have to wait a few months for it to die down. ?they can also cause supply issues if used too early. ?but after a couple of months...awesome!
Yes, I only use them during the day and use washable nursing pads at night.
They don't seem to last very long for me, about a month, plus a week or so, before they start losing their stick. But otherwise I really like them. Ditto others, when your supply is still "adjusting" the first couple months, milk can pool up a bit & it may leak. Otherwise, I definitely prefer them.
Re: NE1 used LilyPadz?
I used them for a while. ?I found them kind of annoying. ?Milk would pool in them and I would have to rewash to get them to stick again.
But they did work in terms of no leaks.?
