It's my birthday and all I can stomach tonight is saltines and ginger ale. I guess this is a good present! Anyone have good suggestions for getting through this lovely side effect?
Happy Birthday! I'd say eat whatever sounds good and eat often! I lived on saltines and ginger ale and carbs in general for a few weeks. I also used the sea band wrist things. They didn't take m/s away but seemed to take the edge off. That could have been mental but I was happy with it!
I have found that foods high in protein seem to hold me over better. Sometimes, you have to force it down, but if you can without having it come back up, it seems to work. GL! my m/s started around the 6 week mark, and did decrease somewhat by about 9 weeks. I thought I had totally turned the corner until yesterday when i was stuck in bed all day. ugh! but, better today! I can't wait until I feel better!! I hope yours doesn't last too long!
Re: m/s has hit me
