I went to a baby resale shop at lunch and could not believe how many of the Carters tag-less "recall" clothes I saw. I've been obsessing for the past two hours about going back and buying them and returning them to Carters. Would that be totally wrong?

There really are not that many items that are included in the "recall," it's only one season of clothes that were manufactured with the bad tags.
I guess I figure that if ANY of their items can hurt children they should be doing an official recall and not just this voluntary refund thing. They made a mistake and they should be held accountable to fix the problem by getting all of these items out of stores. Many of these items are still being sold at TJ Max and Ross type stores, we received several of the affected items as gifts.
