Relactating at 6 weeks PP?

Can this be done?  My baby is having issues with formula and I want to see if BM may help him. Am I crazy to think I can do this?  I just got a pump today, but have not used it yet.  I really want this to work!  Any thoughts?

I didn't deal with anything like that, but I know it's possible. i agree with kellymom.com being a great resource of information. Good luck, and hopefully everything works out for your LO.

I'm sure it can be done.  Even adoptive mothers can lactate.  Call the LC at the hosptial where you delivered.  They should be able to help you out.  Good luck!

I think with the use of domperidone you can relactate.
