::butting in:: I don't either, but my sis has WPW. She had to wear a walking EKG for the last few weeks of her preg, but was able to deliver naturally both times.
I do, I had TOF and a double chamber right ventricle.I have had two open heart surgeries. I am high risk and get an echo every 4 weeks so far. I have to have a c-section but thats ok!! Good luck to all of you ladies on your pregnancies!
No defect, per say but I am constantly in sinus tachycardia. Normal rhthym, abnormal rate. My resting is 135...I am worried about delivering, and what might happen. I've let my Ep/Cardiologist know that I'm pregnant and i'm waiting to see what he has to say. Other than that I go out of rhythm occasioanlly, usually atrial tachycardia. I have MVP with mild regurg. Mostly just annoying stuff that makes my heart work overtime.
I had VSD and an aorta valve defect. I had surgery at age four to fix them, and only have a slight murmer. I don't know how this is going to affect my delivery options. I have an appointment on Wednesday and will ask about it.
