Pasteurization kills just about everything, so I'd say you're safe.
From an earlier post: Because they're pasteurized, Egg Beaters are safe and convenient to use
in recipes that require uncooked eggs: Caesar salad dressing, protein
shakes, smoothies, b?arnaise and hollandaise sauces, eggnog and more.
If you're really concerned, you should probably follow all guidelines you would when using regular eggs: make sure they're cooked throughout, wash all surfaces they come into contact with, etc.

Are you eating your eggs raw? If you are going to cook the EBs or regular whole eggs, this will have the same effect as pasteurization (killing any bacteria).
