Do you think kids who wore cloth diapers had an easier or harder time being PT'd? I'm wondering if the feeling of wet coth would be more "normal" to them since diapers suck away the wetness (right?) ...?
some cloth diapers are so absorbent and stay so dry next to the skin that I doubt there's much difference. the difference for us stemmed from switching to cloth trainers.
Our cloth diapers wick the moisture away from the skin just as well as disposables, so I don't think there was any difference when we were potty training Evan.
what kind do you use? I have no clue on these things and thought they all worked the same... are there better/different ones then those packs of clothes at Walmart?

diapers or trainers? for cloth diapers - I have a TON... some of my favs are elimonster (on etsy), fuzzi bunz, bum genius aio, green acre design, and mutts. I used to use crickett's at night with great luck. but have had to switch to disposibles at night since ds is getting older. He still wears them and some little beetle fitteds during the day at home (the prev mentioned ones are slimmer).
for trainers- I LOVE blueberry minky trainers... but they are pricey. we have two we used to use for going out, but now that dd is in big girl undies we use them at night. I also like Imse Vimse and Little Beetle trainers. We have one that starts with a K... plastic outside, I don't care for it as much.

wow, I had no idea there were so many different kinds of cloth diapers!!
Re: question about cloth diapers
My theory is that my cloth-diapered kid would potty train early.
But here she is, 3 years old. Not potty trained.
ditto this. well, he's not quite 3 but he's pretty resistant to pt. I totally thought cloth would make a diff in this department. wrong!!
