    Mine just started today so I feel your pain. It has been much worst post-pg. I know ibuprofen only does so much, but I hope you can at least take the edge off.  Hope your day goes quickly and you can go home and curl up with a heating pad.  And I really, really hope you get a BFP soon and get to say bye-bye to her for another year or so!!!
