Just saw your follow up question.  Heat rash is not painful, but if he goes out in the heat it can get irritated.  Mine will get a little puffier and start to itch and that's what happens to dd as well.  I try to keep her as undressed as possible and in cooler air to clear it up.

  • Thanks mlm.  His school called me early concerned about it so I was worried that I wasn't doing anything about it.  Hopefully it will start to clear up soon.
