Hey there,

I saw your post that your DC is waking up a ton at night. G did the same at his age. It was painful. In our case it came down to swaddling. He went from not being able to sleep w/o being swaddled to HATING the swaddle overnight. We stopped and he went back to sleeping like a champ.

Babies also do a lot of development at that age, so it could just be developmental wakefulness related to all the things DC has learned to do and brain is active overnight.

Whatever it is for you, I hope it goes back to sleeping TTN again. I know how hard it is.

Thank you soooo much!  We aren't swaddling him anymore.  He started hating it.  I am trying to get him to sleep in his crib during the day for naps too.  He was sleeping in his swing for naps.  Maybe that will help.  This transition to the crib is new.  He was sleeping in our bedroom.  I hope he grows out of it soon.  I keep telling myself it's just a phase.  Thanks again!!
