I am thinking of ordering some. Do I need a cover? I use pocket BG 3's now. What different? Thanks for being patient with me.

Yup - they're a one-size fitted, so the do need a cover.  YOu can get by without one for a bit around the house, as they're really absorbent and have enough layers that the outside generally won't be wet for a bit.  They make an excellent night diaper with a wool cover.
