questions for doc tomorrow

I finally have my appt with the doc tomorrow to talk about what happened and TTC again.  I have some questions lined up to ask him but wondering if I'm forgetting something.  In your opinion(s) what are the questions I cannot leave his office without asking.

    I dont know your story, but please have them clear you of infection before you start TTC again..  And make sure that you have given your body time to heal.  I got pg the first cycle after my D&C and ended up losing that pg. 

    Not trying to scare you just trying to save people from the same pain I went/am going through..
