who to call?

I posted last night that I think I have mastitis.  I'm not sure if I should call my doctor or my OB?  Thoughts?

    I called my OB and they helped me.  I had to call them cause I don't have a regular doctor here (even though I've lived here for almost 2 years-whoopsie!)

    Probably either can treat it though.

    I called my OB.  They saw me the same day.  It's pretty serious and you'll need to start antibiotic asap.
