peg perego stroller owners....HELP

I haven't used my peg in AGES and can't remember how to open it. help! :)

    pliko p3?   there are gray pulls on each handle, pull up and then push the foot thingy on the back down. 

     

    It's been a while since we've used ours too... I hope that's right. lol
