Clogged milk duct

I noticed this morning that my breasts were harder than normal but I figured I just needed a good pump.  After pumping my left breast felt "soft" but the right one was still really hard.  I'm assuming this is a clogged duct.  I'm pumping right now and rubbing at it and it seems to have gone away but in case it hasn't, other than warm water or shower what else can I do for it?

And thanks in advance in case I don't get back soon enough!  I'm going to go wake the babies shortly!  :-D

I had this happen to me pumping and massaging did not help.

My LC reccomended having DH get in the shower with me and have him push my breast to get the clog to clear.  I had to lean against a wall with hot water running on my breasts.

I do not reccomend this if you can avoid it, it was rather painful but it did get the milk to clear from the duct.

Massage, hot showers, warm wash clothes and lots of nursing always worked for me but it usually took a few days. good luck!
