So, I'm watching Bringing Home Baby and the dad has been talking about how he doesn't want to change diapers. He ended up having to change one because his wife wasn't feeling well after her c/s, and he made a big deal about "making it through without gagging." Please.
My cousin's husband won't change "poopy" diapers (they have a 4 year old and a 1 1/2 year old) - he says he just thinks it's disgusting. Yeah, because I'm sure it's your wife's favorite thing to do.
@ssholes! I'm glad DH doesn't have this attitude or he would be in for a rude awakening!
Re: Men who don't change diapers
I was watching that show one time and the dad was a germ freak and he wore gloves and then sprayed lysol after he changed his own childs diaper. LOL!
I have a friends whose DH once (early on) said "I don't want to change poopy diapers". SHe was like "Uh, neither do it! But if neither of us did, then our DD would sit in crap all the tiem.".
He was like "Oh, uh, yeah - I see wha tyou mean".
No one WANTS to do it - but why men think that means this is an "out" for them....
And seriously- I'd beat my DH over the head if he dared to try this on me.
