Hi, I saw in your siggy that you're a child passenger safety tech and I have a question for you - when do I remove the head support piece from my infant seat? My baby has good head support but doesn't seem crammed with the piece in there so I'm not sure when to remove it. Sorry if this is a stupid question. TIA

as long as the child has neck control or you feel comfy taking it it then its fine. Some people never use them. So it's really when every you want. Just make sure you can. I belive the britax infant seat is the only one you can not remove it in.
