lurker with a question.... tmi and kinda long

for the last few days i've had a painful sensation right between my vaginal and anal regions (i warned it would be tmi!). i thought it might be an emerging hemmroid or fissure or something, but there has been no bleeding and i can't see a visible problem. there has also been a slight increase in pressure in that region, but i'm assuming that's also pretty normal for this stage.

however, earlier today i was online and realized that i felt wet. when i went to the bathroom, i realized that all the way up the back of my pants was wet, and i def. hadn't peed myself! i just chalked it up to the wonderful discharge that pregnancy brings along with it. however, i later laid down to watch a movie and within the two hours i laid there i was soaked thru yet again.

i'm in the process of googling possible answers, but thought i would see if any of you have any suggestions or similar situations. i plan on calling the dr first thing tomorrow morning, but was hoping to maybe ease my mind tonight. tia!
